After you have delivered a load, you can reach out to accounting@autohaulerx.com for payment status.
We pay carriers via ACH or check in 30 days for no fee. We can pay in 2 days via ACH for a 5% fee. Your preferred payment speed is chosen when filling out our carrier packet.
Check that there isn’t already a load in your cart. Only one load can be checked out at a time.
They can be uploaded in the Exchange under the “My Orders” section or emailed to accounting@autohaulerx.com
Carriers must track using one of the following three tracking providers: MacroPoint, ELD Connection, or Super Dispatch. Contact our team at carrier@autohaulerx.com to modify or confirm your tracking provider. Non-compliant carriers are subject to a fee.
Load documents will be sent via email once the Tender Offer is confirmed after booking.
